Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Habcon.IO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
